The service
VitalVeinHealth provides mobile phlebotomy, specimen collection, and IV therapy performed by a licensed nurse at the address you choose in our service area.
Blood draws require a valid order from your doctor unless the service says otherwise. Laboratories bill their tests separately from our visit.
Booking and payment
A deposit is charged when you book to hold your time. The rest of the visit price is due at the visit.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
IV therapy
IV therapy requests are reviewed by the nurse with your health questionnaire before confirmation. The nurse may decline a request when treatment is not appropriate; the deposit is then refunded in full.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate contact, address, and health information; follow the preparation instructions; and make sure someone is at the address at the booked time.
