What we collect
To book a visit we collect your name, email, phone (optional), visit address, the service booked, and, for IV therapy, your answers to a short health questionnaire. We do not ask for your date of birth, insurance, or government identification.
How we use it
Only to schedule and perform your visit, deliver specimens to your laboratory, take payments and refunds, and send you confirmations and reminders. Messages never include health details.
Who sees it
Only your nurse. Our service providers (hosting, payment processing by Stripe, email and text-message delivery) process data on our behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on booking or service pages.
Your choices
Contact us to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop text messages (reply STOP).
