Cancelling or rescheduling
Cancel at least 24 hours before your visit and your deposit is refunded to your card. Cancellations later than that, and visits where no one is available at the address, keep the deposit.
If we cancel, or if your nurse declines an IV request after reviewing it, the deposit is always refunded in full.
Unpaid holds
A time is held while you pay the deposit. If payment is not completed, the time is released automatically.
