Do I need a doctor's order?
For blood draws, yes. Have your lab order ready, printed or on your phone. Specimen kit collections and drug screenings follow the kit's or employer's instructions instead.
Which laboratory receives my sample?
Quest, Labcorp, or the laboratory named on your order. Your laboratory bills its tests separately from our visit.
How are samples handled and transported?
Every tube is labeled at your side, kept at the temperature the test requires, and delivered to the laboratory the same day or shipped as the kit instructs.
Is a blood draw at home safe?
Yes. Your nurse follows the same safety, hygiene, and specimen-handling protocols used in a laboratory.
Do I need to fast?
Only if your doctor asked you to. Water is usually fine and makes the draw easier.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your visit and your deposit is refunded. Later cancellations and missed visits keep the deposit.
Who can receive IV therapy?
Adults who complete the health questionnaire. Your nurse reviews every request before confirming it and may decline when IV therapy is not appropriate; in that case your deposit is refunded in full.
